Everything you need to know about our account plans
We offer a variety of DropInBlog plans. To see a full comparison of the plan features, visit our pricing page.
Discounts: We have discounted plans for multisite and agency usage. While we don’t actively offer other discounts or coupons, we are happy to hear from you if you think you are using DropInBlog in a way that merits special pricing.
You can view your blog plan details by clicking on the More tab, and then selecting Blog Plan from the dropdown.
On this page, you can view your current plan, payment method, and next billing date. You also have the option of switching plans and changing whether you pay monthly or yearly.
To switch your blog plan, just click your plan name.
A popup window will appear, displaying the blog plan you’re currently on (1), and the option to downgrade/upgrade it (2).
To change between monthly and yearly payments, click the option you are currently on to initiate the process.
When you do that, a new window will open where you can see your current payment frequency, and the option to change your billing term to monthly/yearly.
From the Blog Plan page, you can view your payment receipts by clicking the View Receipts link in the bottom-left corner of the page.
When you click on this link, a new window will open with the details of all your payments, including a date (1), amount (2), and a downloadable receipt file (3).
If you want to cancel your account, click on the Cancel Account link in the bottom-right part of the Blog Plan page.
