Connect Google Analytics with DropInBlog

You can integrate your Google Analytics account with DropInBlog and have an overview of your content’s performance from directly within your admin account.

Prerequisites

Before connecting Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to DropInBlog, you need to connect GA4 with your main website.

If you don’t have GA4 enabled on your site, read Google’s Analytics setup guide.

We also recommend browsing platform-specific guides for connecting GA4 to your site:

Analytics page

After setting up your GA4 account and connecting the analytics tool to your main website, go to your DropInBlog admin panel.

Hover over the More tab to view the dropdown menu, then select Analytics.
Once on the Analytics page, click the Sign in with Google button.
You’ll be taken to Google’s single sign-on page where you should select the email address associated with your Google Analytics 4 (GA4) account.
Next, you’ll be directed to a new page where you need to give permission to DropInBlog to use the data relevant to your GA4 account. To do that, click the Continue button in the bottom right.
After that, you’ll be taken to the Analytics page in your DropInBlog account.

First, select the GA4 account you want to connect with DropInBlog by clicking on it.
Then, you’ll see the properties that are connected to the selected GA4 account. If you have more than one, select the one you want to track from your DropInBlog admin account.
After completing this step, all that’s left to do is click the Connect button at the bottom of the page.
Once connected, you should now see your posts’ metrics. You can sort each of the columns by clicking on the column header.
